Returns on this product are accepted within 14 days, on the condition that the product is returned in the same state it was sent. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
If there is something wrong with the product a replacement product will be sent out once proof of damage is seen.
Please note we do not offer refunds on personalised products. We will only replace if the items are faulty.
